This apartment is part of a 9-unit condominium association and is, therefore, bound by certain guidelines. We think you will find that they will add to your comfort as well.

Parking: Each unit has one assigned parking space. Your space is #2 . You are allowed to park only 1 car in that space, and must pull right up to the wall. If you have more than one car while you are here, please park the second car off site at one of the town parking lots.
Pets: Tenants are not allowed to have pets on the premises. Only Unit owners are allowed pets.
Quiet Hours: As a complex, we observe quiet hours from 12AM to 8 AM we appreciate your being respectful of the close quarters that are part of the coziness of Provincetown.
Pool: The pool is available from 9am - 1am. Please do not tamper with the pool filter or equipment, if you have any issues give your condo owner a call and they will get the property management to take care of it. No Nudity allowed.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for use daily from 8am-11pm. The controls are on the top of the hot tub. Please do not tamper with the jets themselves as they are fragile and break easily.
Trash: The trash and recycle bins are located in the parking lot behind the shed. Please place all items in trash bags before you put them in the trash. The garbage people will not collect any trash that is not bagged.
Cleaning: Please treat this property as if it were your own home: Do not leave trash around the grounds or the pool …
Water: Provincetown is located on a very fragile piece of the planet so we have to be careful to conserve water and not to overtax our delicate septic systems. Please refrain from putting anything other than the obvious in the toilet. No tampons or condoms or baby wipes. Thank you
Laundry: There is a coin-operated laundry in the basement by the pool for your use. The key is provided by your unit owner. Laundry is available from 9am-5pm.
